Gift selection

You can select from a wide range of gifts and premium as shown on our website, or directly contact us for any gift ideas and products that are most suitable to your objectives and budgets.  

Upon receipt of your enquiries and clarification about the desired quantities regarding your potential orders, we shall prepare formal quotations for your consideration.

 

Step (2)

Order confirmation

In the event that our quotations are acceptable, you may notify the same to us for our preparation and transmission of the necessary Order Confirmation for your perusal, signature and return.

We shall list out on the Order Confirmation the relevant details regarding payment terms and estimated length of time for sample and product delivery.

Under normal circumstances, a 40% down payment is required before we can proceed with sample production.  

 

Step (3)

Visual modelling and sample production

Upon receipt of the artwork and your logo to be printed on the ordered products, our design team will provide a computerized modelling artwork to demonstrate the visual effect regarding your customized gifts.  Having affirmed that the said artwork is in good order, we will provide pre-production samples for your inspection and comments before mass production.

 

Step (4)

Mass production and QC control

The production lead-time of different products will vary and we shall advise you about the actual lead-time before mass production.  Normally, it takes about 20-30 days for mass production and thus you are kindly advised to spare sufficient time for both sample and mass production.  

During mass production, our staff members will undertake regular product quality control to ensure that your customized gifts are defect-free and meet the best quality standard.

Step (5)

Delivery and logistics

​

When mass production is about to complete, we shall inform you in advance and seek your confirmation about the time and location of delivery.  Based on our regular company policy, we provide one instance of free delivery to a local location. However, should you have multiple addresses to send your customized gifts, or in case you have other special logistic requests, we shall help to make the arrangements to ensure you are worry-free.

Transportation within Mainland China and overseas delivery can also be arranged upon your requests.
